Quantum computing is known as powerful tool for resolving problems in diverse field, such as

logistics, medicine, chemistry, quantum simulation and so on. There are many physical systems to

implement quantum computing. Among them the spin degree of freedom of electron hosted in

semiconductor quantum dot is much studied due to their high integrity and compatibility to

industrial CMOS technology. Throughout my doctoral studies, I focused on spin qubits in silicon

quantum dot systems. In this presentation, I will discuss the principles behind qubit formation, and

the implementation and results of both single-qubit and two-qubit operations.
